Shipping policies and procedures

Pricing and Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, the price of goods includes the cost of transportation to the customer's final destination.

We offer two transportation options: Boat and Air Freight.

Boat Transportation

Delivery Timeframe: 30-40 days from the completion of production.*

Most cost-effective.

Air Freight

Delivery Timeframe: 10-15 days from the completion of production.*

Air Freight provides a faster delivery for those in need of expedited shipping.

International Shipping Options

We're happy to offer flexible shipping solutions to fit your needs.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We take care of everything — import costs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance — for one all-inclusive price, delivered to your door.

  • Included for: United States & Canada
  • Also available for: United Kingdom, The Netherlands, France, and Germany

Delivered at Place (DAP)

We deliver your order to your country, and you take care of duties, taxes, and customs clearance. You’ll be the Importer of Record.

  • Special Requests: Importer of Record name & address, phone number, import license numbers, and any other country-specific documents.

Special Requests

Want DDP for a country not listed above? Just ask! We’ll check and let you know within 1–2 business days. In some cases — especially for smaller shipments sent via DHL — we may be able to arrange DDP to additional destinations.

Before You Order

If your shipment will be under DAP, please confirm you can provide the required importer details to avoid delays.

Shipping Timelines

  • Air Express: 8-12 Days
  • Boat/LCL
  • US/CA 45-50 Days
  • UK, DE, FR, and NL: 50-55 Days

Production Timelines

Production timelines will be dependent on the product and order quantity.

Quantities less than 200 units

Production Timeframe: On average, 20-30 days, after sample has been approved.

Quantities higher than 200 units

Production Timeframe: On average, 30-60 days.

Communication with Customers

    Customers can expect their dedicated Uinta sales representative and project manager to provide the following information:

  • Production timelines and updates.
  • Shipping options and costs.
  • Shipping timelines and ETAs, tracking, and any related updates.

*Shipments may be subject to getting held at customs and add additional time.
